The site is next to the 410 ha district that URA is planning as the biggest business area outside the city. The interchange and malls at Jurong Gateway are about 15 minutes away on foot. Jurong Lake Gardens and the new Science Centre (due around 2028) are about 18 minutes.

Until Toh Guan station opens in 2028, buses on Toh Guan Road and Jurong East Avenue 1 get you to Jurong East Interchange in about 10 minutes. For drivers, the PIE is close by.
